My Story
Hi, I'm Lora Gagliardi, RN
I'm an experienced Registered Nurse with a specialization in geriatric care. Supporting seniors — helping them feel confident, organized, and truly cared for — has been my passion throughout my entire nursing career.
After years of watching seniors and their families navigate a healthcare system that rarely has enough time for them, I knew there had to be a better way. As your personal nurse concierge, I bring deep geriatric expertise directly to you — accompanying you to appointments, conducting wellness visits, reviewing medications, and helping you transition safely home from the hospital.
I also make sure your family stays informed every step of the way. My goal is simple: to help seniors feel supported and give families peace of mind through every season of life.
